The staff at Lal Lal Primary School recognise that it is their responsibility to prepare students for the demands of a world characterised by ongoing change, as well as to continually improve teaching and learning programs to ensure students achieve their full potential, experience success and develop a healthy self-esteem.  The school encourages ongoing learning and acknowledges the importance of teaching children how to learn.
