COMMUNITY

In delivering a diverse quality educational program, which meets the needs of its students, Lal Lal Primary School values the close liaison and working relationships with its school community members in order to:
  • Support teaching and learning programs and activities.
  • Support students’ welfare and discipline procedures.
  • Provide a partnership in teaching and learning activities.
  • Provide valued assistance in classroom programs.
Support the School Council in the development and maintenance of the school grounds, play areas and buildings.

PLAYGROUP
Once a week a registered playgroup operates out of our multipurpose facility for 2 hours- currently it's Friday mornings from 9-11 am. Lal Lal Primary School is committed to building positive relationships with people in the local area, from Meredith to Yendon and welcome the community into the school any time throughout the year. Parents support the educational programs and various community events, as well as raising the profile of Lal Lal Primary School in the community. A Parents’ Club operates to assist with all school activities as well as fundraising.
